comparing
Looking at my own subroutine, starting at the low autonomous
stage I feel that I have finally reached the associative stage in my
performance. I am able to successively and correctly preform my overhead jump smash.
As I first started I was just doing the overhead smash, but for me to connect
and compare myself and go into depth I needed to do what the professional were
doing and that’s the overhead jump smash.
When researching I believed it was going to be a lot easy to follow one professionals sub routine steps on the overhead jump smash to profert my execution. Although as of yet to be able to apply the biomechanical analysis and technique to again better my performance.
Throughout my first recording of me doing the overhead smash,
my subroutine contained quite a few errors seen in the picture. It’s shown I know
what errors were being made towards my performance and what needed to be done
to perform my best at the overhead smash.
shown underneath will be me comparing my performance to a professional (Lin Dan)
